Following your purchase, a representative from the Premium Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets and parking passes will be issued digitally and can be managed right from your mobile device.
All tickets and parking passes will be issued digitally. Shortly after your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and receive instructions on how to manage your digital tickets.
Please note, tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile device. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests in advance of the event to ensure proper access into SAP Center.

There are no hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay for a suite rental. Please keep in mind that add-ons such as additional parking passes, additional standing room only tickets, food & beverage options, etc., are not included in the suite rental price.
No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below.
Should an event be postponed or reschuled, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event date.
If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Catering is available for purchase at an additional cost. Following your suite purchase, a Sharks representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forgo a catering pre-order in lieu of event day (in-suite) ordering. Please note that the event day catering menu is limited, and we strongly encourage all guests to order in advance. All advance orders must be submitted one (1) week out from your event date.
While catering is sure to enhance your experience, it is certainly not a requirement. If you choose to forgo a catering purchase, you and your guests may purchase food and beverage from general concession areas located throughout SAP Center and bring those items back to the suite. Please note that outside food and beverage is not permitted inside SAP Center.
Catering costs will vary based on the number of guests in the suite and the type of food selected, e.g., snacks vs. full meals. All catering orders placed require a minimum order quantity of six (6) guests with an 19% administrative charge will be added to all catering bills.

Children under 2 years old do not require a separate ticket for admission to SAP Center. Our suites offer a private and comfortable space, making them an ideal option for families attending the game with young children.

Suite tickets offer exclusive access to the North and South Club within SAP Center.
Your suite includes a designated number of parking passes to SAP Center’s ABC Lot, which has two entrances: one off of West Santa Clara Street and the other at the intersection of Autumn and St. John Streets. Access to the ABC Lot is typically available 2 1/2 hours prior to the start of most events. For a parking map, click here.
You will have access to SAP Center and your suite beginning 75 minutes prior to the start of Sharks Games, and an hour prior to most concerts and events.
Yes. If you opt not to place a catering order in advance of your event, you may place an order in-suite. Please note that the event-day menu is more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, many of your favorite options will still be available (including food, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and spirits).
Yes. Gratuity is customary.
